Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

All orders within Kenya and its surrounding areas are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Our delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Before your package is dispatched, a member of the Mallel Footwear team will contact you to confirm delivery details.
