At Mallel Footwear, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

We only accept returns if the item received does not match the quality as advertised.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges

We allow exchanges strictly for sizing issues (i.e., if you need a size up or down).

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at orders@mallelfootwear.com.

If your request is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label
  • You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note:

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Damages and Issues

Kindly inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@mallelfootwear.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Worn or used items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you on the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process and reflect the refund
